Q: Do I have to fill out a credit application?

For Net 30 terms, we require a credit application on file and good payment history with Bandfolder Press. The credit application is available at this link.

Q: What about a custom size or finish in addition to custom artwork?

We love it! Our production team is ready to take on any custom order. Call us at 844-365-3372 to discuss options or email your details to us at info@bandfolderpress.com.

Q: Can I have a custom design?

Sure! Pricing for custom designs is found on our order form . Pricing depends on the number of colors, so it's best to give us a call at 844-365-3372 to get the final price.

Q: Is there a set-up fee for my logo/copy on the folder?

We are not currently passing along any of the set-up costs for typesetting and placement of logos on imprinted orders. Please supply your logos in the best possible quality for better print and accuracy to the integrity of your original design.

Q: What do “imprinted” and “unimprinted” mean?

Imprinted means that a stock folder or calendar is ordered and will include your company name and logo in addition to the design shown. Unimprinted: Calendars: Means the calendar ships with only the calendar itself, no custom copy or graphics in the imprint area. Folders: The Bandfolder and the Budfolder have “on the shelf” options. See samples on the respective product pages.

Q: When will I get my order?

Folder orders received by May 1st will be scheduled to ship on or before August 1st, unless you let us know you need a sooner date. And unless a “hold until date” is indicated, we will ship when ready. Generally speaking, production time runs from 3-6 weeks from the proof approval date. Folder orders received by June 1st will be scheduled to ship on or before the first week of September.

Q: What about split shipping?

Customers who order a minimum of 5,000 folders may request to have partial items stored and/or split shipping between more than one location. If a customer requests to hold and ship their order, additional costs will be incurred. The costs vary based on shipping quantities and number of shipments. The customer will be alerted to these costs at the time the order is placed and can also request a quote ahead of ordering. We do not offer “on call” holds: A requested release date is required with the order information.
