The prices on this website include ground shipping to one commercial location in the contiguous United States, dock delivery. Keep in mind orders of 3,000 and over often ship via truck/freight. Please indicate at the time of order any special considerations that need to be made for the carrier including lift gate or other requirements. Sometimes these considerations require an extra expense. Bandfolder Press will contact you before shipping if any additional charges will be billed.
The shipping carrier is at the discretion of Bandfolder Press. If a specific carrier is requested, or expedited shipping is necessary, these costs will be invoiced to the customer.
YES! We are offering a 5% discount for orders received by June 1st, 2026.
Customers who order a minimum of 5,000 folders may request to have partial items stored and/or split shipping between more than one location. If a customer requests to hold and ship their order, additional costs will be incurred. The costs vary based on shipping quantities and number of shipments. The customer will be alerted to these costs at the time the order is placed and can also request a quote ahead of ordering.
We do not offer “on call” holds: A requested release date is required with the order information.

Folder orders received by May 1st will be scheduled to ship on or before August 1st, unless you let us know you need a sooner date. And unless a “hold until date” is indicated, we will ship when ready. Generally speaking, production time runs from 3-6 weeks from the proof approval date. Folder orders received by June 1st will be scheduled to ship on or before the first week of September.
Imprinted means that a stock folder or calendar is ordered and will include your company name and logo in addition to the design shown.
Unimprinted:
- Calendars: Means the calendar ships with only the calendar itself, no custom copy or graphics in the imprint area.
- Folders: The Bandfolder and the Budfolder have “on the shelf” options. See samples on the respective product pages.
We are not currently passing along any of the set-up costs for typesetting and placement of logos on imprinted orders.
Please supply your logos in the best possible quality for better print and accuracy to the integrity of your original design.
